Doug Barmore Jr
Senior Data & Reporting Analyst
ABOUT ME

Being a Marine means I am loyal, hardworking, work well in a team, responsible, reliable, arrive for jobs/tasks early, able to adapt to changing circumstances, trainable, teachable, and much more.
I thrive on challenges, both mentally and physically. For example, I earned my Associate's degree as a full-time student, while serving more than full time in the Marine Corps (60-80-hour work weeks). After leaving (honorably) at the end of my contract, I finished up my Bachelor's degree, while working, and maintained a 3.4 GPA. Similarly, I earned my MBA in only 5 semesters, at times taking quadruple the recommended credit hours, while also completing an unpaid internship, volunteering with a religious organization, and still achieving a 3.5 GPA.
I am a very advanced computer user and learn new programs very quickly and easily. I am an expert Excel and PowerPoint user, have been a system administrator for Neocase HR Case Management Software, and have experience with ServiceNow, SAP, TALEO, ABAS, SABA, SQL (T-SQL), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, and many other systems, software, and languages.
I am an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and work well individually, as a team member, and while leading a team.
I love being challenged at my job and thrive under pressure, never compromising quality, yet innovatively seeking greater efficiency in everything I do. I have a knack for seeing the big picture and how all the little pieces work together to achieve that purpose.
I live with honesty and integrity, not just at work, but in my personal life too. I treat others with dignity and respect, even when they do not treat me in kind.
In addition, it's important to me that I give back to my community. I have consistently volunteered my time and money assisting others in need. In 2004, I began mentoring through The Navigators and continue to mentor still.
